Xuesong (Song) You is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Wharton Risk Management and Decision Processes Center. His research focuses on the impact of catastrophic events on businesses. His research aims to understand the financial vulnerabilities of enterprises across demographics, their responses to related regulatory policies, and preparations for future disasters. His current work addresses questions involving small business credit utilization, pension funding, and insurance pricing. Prior to joining the Risk Center, Song earned his Ph.D. in Risk Management and Insurance from Temple University and M.S. in Risk Management from St. John’s University.
