Dr. Reihane Boghrati is a post-doctoral research fellow at the Risk Center and Marketing department. She earned her Ph.D in Computer Science at the University of Southern California in 2018. Coming from a computer science background, Dr. Boghrati is generally interested in bridging natural language processing and social sciences. Her research relies on natural language processing and machine learning methods to investigate psychological phenomena expressed in written and spoken language. At Wharton, her work is primarily focused on studying consumer perception and how things succeed over time through the lens of natural language processing.
